Originally from Dubai, UAE, Belinda now lives in Dallas, Texas. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture, with additional studies in Interior Design, Design Management, and Geographic Information Systems. Her technical background, design training, and curiosity about how buildings are made shape the way she explains complex construction topics.
She started her YouTube channel by sharing Dynamo and Python scripts to automate daily tasks. Over time, the channel evolved into a broader platform for exploring the products, materials, technologies, and ideas changing the built environment.
Today, she covers topics ranging from building science and material innovation to construction technology, prefabrication, AI, and, yes… shipping containers. 😉 Her goal is to make the construction industry easier to understand, more transparent, and more exciting for homeowners, builders, designers, and anyone curious about how buildings come together.
