About Belinda Carr

I’m incredibly grateful to have built a community of people who are curious about how buildings are made, how materials perform, and where the construction industry is headed next.

I’m originally from Dubai, UAE and now live in Dallas, Texas. My background is in architecture, interior design, design management, and geographic information systems, but my real passion has always been understanding how things come together — from the smallest building product to the larger systems shaping the built environment.

I started my YouTube channel by sharing Dynamo and Python scripts that helped automate everyday design tasks. Over time, that channel grew into a place to explore building science, construction technology, prefabrication, and the ideas changing how we design and build.

I’m thankful that I get to share my learnings with people who care about building better. Whether I’m breaking down a new product, questioning an industry trend or touring a factory, my goal is always the same: to make complex topics easier to understand.
